I visited the Urgent Treatment Centre on 6th February after a fall when I hurt my face,particularly my nose. I was received with courtesy and understanding by [name removed] who arranged for a later appointment with a nurse. I was seen by [name removed] who was most attentive . She examined my face and reassured me that there was no major damage. I am most appreciative of the kind attention of both ladies,thank you. C.G.Bareham.Hospital number 5321118

Heart pacemaker fitted in January 2022 and a seizure in January 2023. I am coming to terms with the implications and post seizure protocol.
