I was overall treated with respect, allowed time to explain my symptoms, asked questions which made it clear I had been listened to. I was impressed by the calm, thorough and clearly expert approach of the specialist I saw who provided explanations of what he was proposing and why as if I would have the ability to understand!

Nothing really apart from shorten the waiting time for appointments. It's a shame such a worthwhile service modelled on respect for specialist knowledge and expertise is not readily accessible. Let's hope future funding might make it so.
