I'm 87 years old pensioner and was treated with curtesy and kindness, very pleased with respect the staff had for the elderly patients.

Parking at the RBH is absolutely diabolical, especially for patients who are not familiar with Reading, who find it frustrating and annoying when they can't find a parking in the hospital or the local roads surrounding the hospital.
