I was extremely depressed about my current health state and in particular my knee. Both [name removed] and [name removed] have made me feel comfortable in discussing my concerns, advising me on a 'way forward' and a by giving me a suitable physio programme. They are both very caring and compassionate and I felt totally at ease with them, which has made conversation very easy.

No improvement necessary.
