Due to the black foot, obvious this was a sprained ankle. The physio examined it and gave me some exercises to ensure I got some flexibilty

Due to NHS curr backs, ther is absolutey no option to get an x-ray.... there could have been a cracked bone but withuot an x-ray, a diaganosis is not 100% accurate.
