I have had many blood test in my life due to my conditions and never ever was so painful- I almost fainted. Lady only asked if I’m ok and when I said NO she kept continuing!!!!! I left as soon as I could she didn’t even make sure if I can walk. Name [name removed], cubicle no 1 app 9:30 booked for 9:10. Also, delayed but 20 min in early morning sounds ridiculous.

Everything today ! Please make sure you employee people who know how to do their job.
