The treatment I received was exemplary, the receptionists friendly and helpful. If a change had to be made to an appointment I was informed and advised of a replacement date that suited me. The physiotherapists were excellent, explaining new exercises patiently and clearly. I particularly want to thank [name removed], not only did he help with the physical problems but listened to me. I was able to discuss how I felt with him - something I find hard to do.

The treatment I received could not have been better. I am sorry that my visits to the department in the West Berks hospital have finished.
