I was very happy with [name removed] and his explanation and I was sorry he is moving and will need to see someone different I think 2 weekly checks would be better than a month

Before I ever got to physio I saw Dr Alok twice tried to bear pain then physio takes 5 weeks or so then first exercises mDe me worse for a week leaving me unsure if I was damaging myself I am doing physio as an ex retired nurse I know how important it is
