Following an initial assessment with [name removed] I was then treated by [name removed] who was excellent. He listened to the issues I was having and recommended progressive exercises as my condition improved. In some instances, where necessary, he took me through doing the exercise, recommending size of weights and household items to use. He also suggested ways to incorporate the exercise in daily activities.

Apart from the delay between my GP referring me for physio and getting my first appointment I think everything went well and being able to attend at West Berks was great.
