She was able to reassure me in on concerns that my Gp just dismissed as 'pain I would have to live with' to show me pra tical ways to gently regain my strength to live with significantly reduced pain and the ability to walk again. Before I got access to [name removed] and the physiotherapy support and the counsel from the I tevrated spine pain team, Theale GP surgery administration were very unkind and resistant to helping me! Even though I was in so much pain I was unable to look after myself and my son, unable to walk or work.
