[name removed] was caring considerate and listened. Made me feel very comfortable with his friendly nature. Didn't push me to do anything that was painful, just encouraged me to go as far as was comfortable. Really nice chap

No complaints here, No waiting which I worried about because sitting too long is painful. Very happy. Receptionist was really friendly too.
