Appointments were on time. Exercises were explained clearly and emails sent with videos attached of these exercises- very useful praise given when improvements made.

The time between contacting the doctor and the first physio appointment (not assessment). Dr- May 2021 First appointment: 4/4/22 Initial assessment: 14/9/21 Nearly 11 months later. If the arthritis in my hip worsens, after speaking to the {} will I then have to wait another 11 months before I am seen?
