The doctor my son saw wasn’t very professional, I think she needs to go back and learn about children. And have some manners and respect!!

The service was good. Despite the wait, I feel that they considered my problem and advised correctly. It was a shame that I still needed to go through the GP to get a referral, delaying treatment. Also, when I mentioned that I was there because the system we have at work had advised that I should do so, it was slightly dismissed. But that wasn't a bug issue, as the problem was still dealt with.

Performed the examination advised there and then. It was an endoscopy.

I was at Warwick hosp due to a fall , which they diagnosed as concussion ,
It was at the time when journey doctors were on strike , I was amazed at how quick I was attended to , and a calm environment, even though staff were tired . You can’t beat the NHS we are so lucky. It’s just over worked with so many people now in our country .

I could not fault the care and level of service I received. I felt cared at every step of the time I was in minor injuries and felt the time line at which I was looked after was good. Communication was clear and consistent and frequent.

Everyone except one very abrupt lady doctor went out of their way to be considerate & kind.
The rather rude blonde lady came into triage & gave my husband & I a dressing down for daring to attend , even though we had come at the express orders of my gp re an MRI result .
Felt very embarrassed for lovely triage nurse .

See above - I do realise it was a day of junior doctors strike & everyone under stress but this lady was downright rude & horrid. Very upsetting as I didn’t want to be there anymore than she wanted me !

Simon and ambulance crew efficient, I was told a 3 hour wait but they did make it before.
A E quick and dealt with my dislocated shoulder without delay

Treated with great kindness and consideration following my nasty fall on our patio; I had X-Rays, 6 stitches in my forehead and wrist bandaged.
Thank you all wonderful help when I really needed it.

All the staff were helpful and friendly despite how busy they were. The xray and plaster cast I required were all done in one department very efficiently.
