Everyone except one very abrupt lady doctor went out of their way to be considerate & kind. The rather rude blonde lady came into triage & gave my husband & I a dressing down for daring to attend , even though we had come at the express orders of my gp re an MRI result . Felt very embarrassed for lovely triage nurse .

See above - I do realise it was a day of junior doctors strike & everyone under stress but this lady was downright rude & horrid. Very upsetting as I didn’t want to be there anymore than she wanted me !
