The staff were polite and explained my X-ray results in a way that was clear and concise. A friend of the hospital escorted me from M.I to X-ray and the service felt personal. I feel privileged to have access to Stratford upon Avon minor Injuries and over 17 years I have never received bad service and I have used it quite a bit! The car park is also very convenient and allocated M.I spaces mean you can always park. Simply outstanding.

I was made to feel that because I had attempted to help the injury previously ( I injured my knee 10 weeks ago) asked for a referral at gp as it was not improving after a week I had no heard anything from the referral so booked privately for an mri ( not because I have lots of money or health care but because I’m Self employed and want to get better asap) Ithen had a motor accident on the day I presented at a& e which caused the knee to “pop”- I was treated - I feel- as though because I had tried to help myself I could carry on doing it myself- I couldn’t put any weight in the leg and couldn’t manage a step never mind stairs an was given an X-ray ( dr actually said it was pointless) and pain killers an told to wait for the scan results- to date I’ve still heard both from The nhs as my “ private” scan had to now return to my gp who will I think then refer to a consultant to look at - in hindsight I should have called 999 and said nothing about the injury being worsened by the motoring accident- very disappointing to try an help oneself an then when unable to still be treated with what felt like contempt

Very professional and I have high confidence in clinical conclusion.

In normal circumstances my fluid intake would have been appox 1000ml. 300ml of tea and water provided but I did not ask for more. Coffe machine in lobby defeated logic! Seriously, nothing to improve. I am assuming test results will be accessible on NHS App but if not this would be helpful.

I was treated with dignity and respect. The doctors x ray and nurses were professional but nice and friendly. I had a follow up call the following day. I was very shocked as dealt with from start to finish within 2 hours all thanks to the exceptional staff at Warwick a& e

Very fast being seen and helping me after waiting 24hours for 111to help

I waited 4 hours - triage and X-ray were quick but then told it would be 8 hours to put plaster on - and the waiting room was less than 25% full

Have someone on shift that can plaster as ended up going home in pain to return at 7am the next morning

I gave my answer because whilst I was a minor injuries patient I was happy with how punctual the staff were and I was seen within 10mins, plus I was in and out of the hospital in 20 mins so that's why I gave the NHS a great review.

Absolutely nothing better needs to be done as the staff work there bones of 24/7 to save peoples lives and care for there patients. As a patient myself I have experienced this and in my eyes there is nothing to change.
