I was not informed of what was possibly happening just informed I could not and only have sips of water. Staff chatted a lot about their home lives and what they done when out of work. I was not offered a drink of water until being their for 6 hours

A little bit more time spent with the patient as the area I was in was empty and staff were ignoring me and chatting among themselves

My 11 year old injured himself at a wedding. We’re not local. The a&e and minor injuries staff were absolutely wonderful. So helpful and quick. Thank you.

I have been under care for some 5 months and have had nothing but 5 star care. Great staff.

The admin, e.g. appt booking could be more joined up. I.e. one depts booking does not connect with another’s. E.g. I was booked for one appt at 8.30 at Warwick and another at 9.00 at Stratford.

I had a friend drive me to A&E, cause the ambulance would take over three hours. I understand it was only a shoulder dislocation, but it felt somewhat long.
