When eventually seen by a Doctor the attention I received was excellent.
Suggested improvements
I arrived at the hospital with a head injury at 8.30 pm. but was not seen by a Doctor until 3.00 am. I was instructed by the 999 responder that because I was taking blood thinners I should attend the hospital immediately.

Had to come with my 6 day old baby. There was nowhere they could offer for me to breastfeed her. The waiting time was so long I had to leave to take the baby home before I got my test results. However the staff were kind and professional.
Suggested improvements
Made provisions for feeding baby. Shorter waiting time.

Very impressive service. Arrived at A&E with a child with a suspected broken arm. Directed towards Minor Injuries. X-ray confirmed double break. Arm re-set in place and plastered by Addy who so very kindly came back, having just finished his shift. Friendly, jovial and supportive staff who put our 10yr old at ease. Would definitely choose Warwick for future A&E visits.

Booking in was amazing. The lady was clearly very busy and was interrupted several times by staff, but remained calm and focused on my injured child. She got us through to minors promptly.
There was a 3 hour wait there, but the doctor who saw us was very attentive, helpful and gave swift and effective treatment.

Initial check in, observations and triage were done very efficiently and promptly. Did have to wait in Minor Injuries Unit for some time, but once seen very clear information and direction regarding care given and what was going to happen. Overall, while there was a bit of a delay with no real info as to how long I would have to wait, the staff I encountered from beginning to end were amazing and a real credit to the hospital.
Suggested improvements
A bit more info about how long the wait times were likely to be in the Minor Injuries Unit would have been helpful - other hospitals have screens with current wait times.
