Initial check in, observations and triage were done very efficiently and promptly. Did have to wait in Minor Injuries Unit for some time, but once seen very clear information and direction regarding care given and what was going to happen. Overall, while there was a bit of a delay with no real info as to how long I would have to wait, the staff I encountered from beginning to end were amazing and a real credit to the hospital.

A bit more info about how long the wait times were likely to be in the Minor Injuries Unit would have been helpful - other hospitals have screens with current wait times.
