Thank you to all the staff at Warwick A and E department. I was incredibly impressed, from start to finish. Hardly any waiting, every part of the process was faultless, staff were kind, helpful, professional and hard working. I cannot thank them enough. Even my medication to take home was immediate, no waiting around. My sandwich was fresh. I did not catch an infection. Excellent service, brilliant team, who worked so well together.

Last week I was under the care of the Warwick Hospital Cardio team and cannot speak highly enough of the experience. I've received caring attention since a first meeting with Dr Ravindra Honnalli through to my angiogram with Mr Roger Beadle and team. The new lab facility at Warwick is something to behold. As is the teamwork I witnessed and was subject-to. There's also a wonderful charge nurse I would like to mention who is clearly the glue that bonds the team whose care I was under. She's something special. They all were!

This was my THIRD pacemaker (or 'Box') change. By now, I ought to have got the hang of it all, but I have to admit to being as nervous as I was on the insertion of my first pacemaker (2003). However, Dr. Nigel Clarke's Special Medical Operation began with clarification of the confusion that arose from Echocardiogram and a disturbing discussion with a GP (Abbey Medical). The air of calmness in the Cath. Lab., combined with the relaxed, but very professional nursing care (Phil, Shaheen, and Enrico) on the 'ward' before and afterwards, was a huge help. Gurj, Serafina, Suzanne supported Dr. Clarke in the Lab. I have to confess that was not conscious for the whole event, but was very happy to let the detail fade from view. What lovely people!

Admitted on Sunday afternoon with shortness of breath, sharp chest pains . Prompt triage, bloods and ECG. Stayed 3 nights from 28/05/23-31/05/23. Excellent treatment from kind staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Food good. Prompt discharge and explanations given by cardiology nurse practitioner.

The service provided was of a good standard, clear and in good time. My daughter felt at ease with the lady that she spoke to and felt that her opinions and choices were listened to.

The referral to Reach is taking some time but I imagine that is not under your control. The referral itself was made quickly.

I went in with a broken toe and was seen by a doctor within ten minutes, the lady on reception was very helpful and friendly and totally understanding. I had a x-ray and then seen by the doctor again all within an hour, brilliant service, thank you
