I don’t know what I’m expected to say here.
When first attending A&E reception orders were barked at me by the receptionist, I got the impression that by asking for help I had somehow inconvenienced her in a very big way simply because I hadn’t spoken into the microphone in the screen and was in a wheelchair due to the two 3inch nails with wood attached sticking into my foot I was actually quite pleased to be directed to the minor injuries dept where the receptionist was very helpful and friendly as was the nurse who treated the injury the four hour wait was tiresome but necessary, I have always received excellent treatment and support from Warwick Hospital and I am hugely grateful for the treatment I receive there, and very aware of the current situation so imagine the receptionist was having a bad day it happens to us all.

I brought my son in to be seen with croup, the staff reacted quickly and were so lovely to us. My son is 1 and was quite distressed when he came in, all of the staff made their best efforts to cheer him and keep him happy while we were there all while making sure he was okay and getting him on the road to recovery.
Staff did not follow doctors guidance and prescribe correct medication
Lied and falsified number of nebulisers given. Doctor prescribed 4 per day
7 attempts to carry out blood sugar test

I came in by ambulance treated extremely well by the paramedics. The hospital staff equally were kind and considerate, explaining what was going on and keeping me comfortable. There were obviously delays as blood tests and X-rays were performed and revued but I was kept comfortable and reassured at all times. Thanks to everyone!
The service throughout was excellent. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional and spoke to me with respect, keeping me updated at each point.
From the moment I walked in the receptionist triage nurse and nurse practioner were absolutely lovely. Special thanks to nurse practioner Rosie she was amazing thank you Rosie for your kindness.
