I don’t know what I’m expected to say here.

Very disturbing to see how casual and almost uncaring the reception staff appeared to be when confronted by a couple of emergencies which I witnessed while waiting in A and E. My treatment was fine but I felt very insecure when I saw Reception’s attitude to real emergencies. Most unsettling and that is my abiding experience of my day in A and E. The doctors and triage nurses were very good though.
