We were taken to a private room from A&E very quickly to a private room, we waited for a while and were seen by a doctor who referred us to Paediatrics. We did wait a long time in the new PAU which was nice and we were well cared for.
We then got moved to another private room in McGregor ward, which was a bit small and not, but generally nice. Christina and Emily who looked after us were amazing and really kind, and kept us informed at all times.
Having been to quite a few hospitals this was the best.

Better air con, and the staff would appreciate that as well.

After.sitting in A&E for 4 hours to get a phone call to say I was being seen in minor injuries and I was next. I walked around to minor injuries to wait another 30 mins. To be told they couldn’t do anything for me.

As I have come to expect from this excellent hospital both doctors and nursing staff have great people skills as well as high medical competence. This time the radiologist was especially helpful and informative and nurses went out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible.
Suggested improvements
Please ask receptionists to talk to the person in the wheelchair as well as the person pushing the chair!
There could have been more help to get me from Minor injuries to the car - the receptionist was keen to say that she could not leave her post rather than suggesting who might be able to help - in the end it was other out-patients!
