As I have come to expect from this excellent hospital both doctors and nursing staff have great people skills as well as high medical competence. This time the radiologist was especially helpful and informative and nurses went out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible.

Please ask receptionists to talk to the person in the wheelchair as well as the person pushing the chair! There could have been more help to get me from Minor injuries to the car - the receptionist was keen to say that she could not leave her post rather than suggesting who might be able to help - in the end it was other out-patients!
