The visit quickly met all my medical treatment needs. All staff were courteous and efficient. I was reassured and the treatments explained. The treatment areas were available for me and kept clean at every stage. I felt confident that I was receiving the best care.

I was collapsed on the pavement and told that an ambulance would take several hours to arrive. This was a worry for me. Fortunately the police drove me to A&E in their car.

Communication was non existent. My daughter was released with no medical research as to what was causing her temporary loss of site.
My daughter was admitted to UHCW 2 days later with the same symptoms.

The junior Dr I met was great really thoughtful and talked me through everything.

I had to talk about my private health conditions Infront of someone else and vice versa as we were in a tiny room with just a curtain.

I was there for 7 hours. When I asked to move my care to my nearest hospital, the doctor told me it couldn’t happen. It was only after I protested that he rang them and it was sorted. However this led to another 2 hours in A and E
