My sister and I have been wrapped in a warm soft blanket since. We came here with mum after a very traumatic period. You have kept mum safe, comfortable and respect her dignity.
Suggested improvements
You have provided us with more support than I have ever received including assisting with dads care home provision. I feel healthier and more repaired than before. The catering is excellent and everyone is so kind.

Ellie had a two night stay at Brian House last weekend. She had fun and her stay there gave mum time to get ready for the Easter holidays.
Suggested improvements
Mum would have preferred to have been consulted before night staff gave a snack to try to bring her kept ones level back to normal. Now discussed further with staff and care plan adjusted.

London has a two night stay at Brian house last week. She had a lovely time when there. The staff took great care of her, she was pampered and had her nails painted. Mum managed to get some sleep.

Our little girl loved her respite stay at Brian House last week. The staff pampered her, did her nails and gave her pedicure. They always take great care of her when at Brian House.
