Ellie had a two night stay at Brian House last weekend. She had fun and her stay there gave mum time to get ready for the Easter holidays.
Suggested improvements
Mum would have preferred to have been consulted before night staff gave a snack to try to bring her kept ones level back to normal. Now discussed further with staff and care plan adjusted.
