Because the measure I have got from Trinity is nothing is a problem; medication, meals, support with my mobility and support with my care needs. Nothing is a problem with the caring staff.
Suggested improvements
I can not think of anything that Trinity could have done better.

Scarlett is happy when at Brian House and I know she is well cared for when there. I have lots of confidence in the staff looking after her. Her stays enable me to have a rest.
Suggested improvements
Respite stays have been cut short due to staff shortages and an emergency admission recently. Could a member of staff be on call to cover to enable 'respite stays' to continue as planned?
