Scarlett is happy when at Brian House and I know she is well cared for when there. I have lots of confidence in the staff looking after her. Her stays enable me to have a rest.
Suggested improvements
Respite stays have been cut short due to staff shortages and an emergency admission recently. Could a member of staff be on call to cover to enable 'respite stays' to continue as planned?
