Some of the staff have been lovely - All the night staff & Macky. Vicky, Emily and Linda have also been brilliant.

Unfortunately some of the staff during the day shift have either ignored me or been rude to me, an example of this would be when going to the office to ask a question about my medication, I have been told to go away. Also when I first arrived I was not orientated onto the ward, told when meal times are or where to go for medication or where/who to go to if I needed to speak to someone. I did not receive a welcome leaflet.

Appalled at some of the choices made by certain individuals in positions of management.

Better management, better safeguarding of vulnerable individuals, better safe wifi and staff that are trained in de escalation tactics in situations that could potentially turn dangerous. Furthermore and lastly, no favouritism or allowing of drugs on the ward. There should be no vaping of THC on the ward.

I felt like I had a lot of support.

He listened to my concerns. Made me feel valued and respected. Also could see my wife's support was needed.

Would like to be able to contact mental health support without going through the GP system getting an as too difficult appointment.
