Some of the staff have been lovely - All the night staff & Macky. Vicky, Emily and Linda have also been brilliant.

Unfortunately some of the staff during the day shift have either ignored me or been rude to me, an example of this would be when going to the office to ask a question about my medication, I have been told to go away. Also when I first arrived I was not orientated onto the ward, told when meal times are or where to go for medication or where/who to go to if I needed to speak to someone. I did not receive a welcome leaflet.
