Staff are mostly approachable and it's good that there are regular staff and fewer agency staff. Staff make time for one to ones.
Suggested improvements
It would have been useful to discuss dietary requirements.
Sometime the vegetarian options are not available.
Would be good to have a clear sheet with what items are prohibited/restricted.
I'm not sure whether we have an overall named nurse or just a different one every day.

Activities - Room and Passing Time
Being able to VAPE (as an alternative to smoking)
I love my current bedroom No8. I do not want to be moved again, unless it was to go home of course.
Suggested improvements
Nurses could stop flapping about and just do the little tasks I ask them to do quicker. Imagine being at home and you want to cut your nails, now, I ordered 2 clippers now to deal with my dry skin and mu right thumb nail is literally peeling off whereby I may have no nail someday so I would just like the opportunity to use it SUPERVISED OR NOT, I don't really care now.
p.s. I have orderd a second one already an if it gets lost or stolen or given to someone else by accident then I GIVE UP and will let mey cuticles rot and my thumbnail will be gone forever!
