Staff are mostly approachable and it's good that there are regular staff and fewer agency staff. Staff make time for one to ones.

It would have been useful to discuss dietary requirements. Sometime the vegetarian options are not available. Would be good to have a clear sheet with what items are prohibited/restricted. I'm not sure whether we have an overall named nurse or just a different one every day.
