The staff were lovely, everyone including the housekeepers were very friendly. All the staff listen to me. Even the nice doctor. Don't remember her name , probably Martos. This ward is very clean. And the staff always working . Thank you for your kindness and help when I was ill.

Staff need to be more helpful and less preoccupied with chatting to colleagues or munching on crisps whilst you knock on the door seeking attention. They know you are waiting and can see you are there and hear you but stubbornly refuse to answer the door. I get the distinct impression that they enjoy this power they have over you and you seem to have no rights and even less dignity.
