Since our son was admitted to this hospital on the whole he has been treated with respect and with a clear sense of purpose on how his treatment will help him. As parents we have been treated really well and on the whole kept in the loop. Occasionally we were not informed on things that changed on appointment times but generally although there are a lot of staff involved on the whole they try to help us.
There were some staff that are amazing and made a big difference
This survey was a good look on NHS.

Half of the times there are not enough staff an staff seem not to give attention to the patients. When asking for something done seem to be a problem. I see a lot of inconsistencies in services. The bank staffs just go to the lounge and sit out doing nothing. Sometimes we have been erroneously given medications twice or the wrong ones.
Everyone very helpful and kind, everything done right but I feel you need more staff as when I ask questions about things sometimes takes long time to be answered or sorted apart from that all good
So happy with the was I was treated, very kind, helpful, understanding and helping me sort out my head what lifes all about and help me fight for my life and my future. One point need more full time staff as agency workers do not provide the same level of care
