The radiographers reassured me at every step and even held my hand which was so kind. They also chatted to me to relax me which made a real difference. Thank you so much for caring for me. You were absolutely excellent. The ladies on check in were lovely too. Nothing was too much trouble. :-)

1. Please more disabled parking also more free disabled parking. 2. Shorter waiting times for O.P and blood tests. 3. Easier access from car park to main entrance with more broad thumbs. 4. Better when check across to waiting areas.

As in all cases, its the human compassion that makes the difference when you're being treated. During my 37 sessions of radio - there was only 1 or two people who treated me as a number - The rest couldn't have been more helpful, caring and even having time for humor. That's what really made me different.
