The warm spirit of the whole team including the kitchen team. Everyone goes the extra mile and I received regular attention to make sure I was ok.
For improvement - I seemed to always feel too warm or too cold. Also the tv reception is poor.

Tegha was professional, kind, friendly and very helpful. The care she gave me was excellent. I must also thank Ms Rorby, the anesthetist and their teams for providing such excellent care.
