The staff in Dr Chav's clinic have all been very helpful and reassuring. I received my treatment in the Oak centre and I honestly couldn't fault it. The staff, facilities and standard of care were all phenomenal.

As always all staff members were excellent and supportive at my appointment. Dr Poner and his team took time to discuss and go over my treatment. I left my appointment knowing what the next stage is. The receptionist Claire Robins was very helpful as my next appointment was not at Dr Powers usual clinic. She took time to sort things out and was so helpful. Thank you.

Generally staff are very good. But lately reception staff have been slow and not very friendly. Inconsistent. Waiting times to see consultant is has been not great. Once called waiting area - uncomfortable. No water avilletale or mars or newspaper or TV.

Nothing could be improved! It is the most wonderful service and I am so grateful to have it. Every member of staff was kind and friendly.
