Staff were very professional with a reassuring, friendly manner. The room was a little cramped (Aqua) and offered little privacy when discussing with staff. The side table was a little grubby and I felt unable to use for my food, drink etc. Otherwise very good drink. Thank you.

The staff are wonderful. They really do seem to care about the patients and family members. The staff actually make it a lovely place to come to. They always make me and my daughter feel welcome and every part of her care has been outstanding.

Always friendly! Lots of toys. Some reading for adults would be good.

The care and attention received was 1st class and cannot think of any improvements that can be made or need to be made.

Care was great. But appointment times could be better as we have to travel 2 1/2 hours each day. But appointment times got later.
