Staff were very friendly and kind. Due to staff changing daily information wasn't passed onto new staff. Which was frustrating as had to explain everything to the new staff member regarding yesterday's treatment.

Continually checked and asked if i needed anything. Felt well cared for. Offered food, drink etc.
Team who did procedure were great.
Ward hot and stuffy but not sure anything can be done about that!

Nurses were excellent but slightly concerned toilets cleaned only once for day but log says it was cleaned 4 times.
Very important to prevent infection, cleaners need to know how important it is not to take short cuts.
