The radiologists were very friendly and went to great lengths to put me at my ease whilst having my treatment. I couldn't fault them at all.

For a very busy department in a configured space, its very organised.
-Its a hot day and sun coming through maybe consider black at blinds.
Overall keen to help and assist in a busy place.

The staffing level in the blood room is clearly in need of review.
The under staffing is causing a regular bottle neck which in my experience can run to 70 minutes.
The knock on effect of delays in other departments must lead to significant inefficiencies - not a smooth flow process. Whilst recognizing that staff resources are limited, I believe an increase in blood room staffing levels would benefit patients and staff.
