A great professional team. Helpful staff, always prepared to go the extra mile. I was bled by an extremely competent and professional phlebotomist this morning - Frank Tagoe.
The medical team are always supportive, especially Valeri Shah, who I have seen on several occasions. The reception staff are friendly efficient team, I saw Vanessa Lawson today.

The medical team were excellent. They gave the right amount of information. Very polite.
However the ECG section was very disorganised, there was no staff to carry out the ECG. I approached the reception desk couple times and each time I was told to wait and that the staff were coming. I waited over an hour.
