Nothing could be improved. Staff care and facilities exceptional. Humanity, empathy and care from staff wonderful and extremely professional. Treated as important individual who was valued by all from catering to medical staff.

Having a hot drink in the evenings/over night would make all the difference as from the last drink offered (8pm) to pre-breakfast drink (7am) is too long.

Friendly caring atmosphere. Kind nurses, HCAs, housekeeper, cleaners. I felt safe and well cared for during 2 emergency situations. Very reasuring out reach team and senior nurses.

The nurses were extremely caring and polite to me. Helen was excellent in her care and approach. The food was nice. The hospital is clean.
