Good nursing care.
Good sensitive catering staff.
Good consultant care, but lack of continuity at junior level.
Noise level on ward too high. In particular from nursing staff chatting about non work matters especially at weekend. Issue with nursing assistant rinsing at commode pan in wash hand basin!

The room is very nice & well equipped. All of the nursing staff are first class, friendly & helpful.
My only observation concerns the cleaners who are apt to want to clean at meal times. Also, Jaqui could perhaps enter the room more softly, rather than crashing in.
