The whole experience was very professional and slick, and much better than my experience of other NHS wards. Times and appointments was good. In all I though the teams were thoughtful and well coordinated (this extends from food at breakfast upwards). Improvements- provide a fixed time for leaving so that I can plan my journey.

Nursing care generally excellent. Technical/medical care excellent. No mobile phone reception/door wifi is hard for 5 days. Last time between drugs getting prescription and receiving them.

The staff seem to act as one team, helping each other out whenever they can. Any questions or concern is resolved immediately. Food's not bad too!

Excellent, doctors went through everything an explained what they were going to do. Blood test & results came quickly. Nurses were excellent and ensured that if I need anything just call.
