Very friendly nurses! Excellent care! Improved- deaf patients cannot "phone" catering for more water etc. When they bring breakfast- catering host needs to physically wake up patient & inform them

Very clean, very quick (a lot packed into appointments); & most importantly lovely, caring staff, who make patient feel they matter. add to this, a nice peaceful atmosphere in the ward-

The care I received has been excellent only two observations.
1. It's always nice when people knock before entering my room not everyone does.
2. Perhaps cleaners could postpone their work while I'm eating meals.
