The nurses always have a smile, always have time for us. It would be a help to the nurses if we have more on the ward as they never have a break.

The staff without exception, nurses, HCW, catering and cleaning, were all very kind and attentive. Some went further than their job may usually call for. I suppose their is always room for improvement but on this occasion I could not find it.

All the staff are wonderfully thoughtful and caring. Cheerful, happy and fun. Very welcome and great sense of humour. The catering staff are lovely too. Sensitive and accurate and on time. The only thing to improve is having a Royal Marsden in every county in England.

All the staff were extremely friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful.
Only complain was the temperature in the ward- more like a hot home!

Everything in general is good, like staffs, environment, facilities, etc. Overall very happy.
