I was so very happy with my care in Smithers staff during the day and night staff are very caring, cannot do enough to make my experience in hospital a pleasant one to a healthy recovery

The ward was clean & bright & the staff were all excellent- very friendly & helpful but also very professional.
Just a small complain- as always it was the "buzzer" system that is so disturbing, especially during the night

consider patients that live locally so start their chemo early in the day we arrived at 9.15 and chemo started at 2.30- we live 10 mins away
