I was an in patient in 2010 so I knew I would be cared for whatever happened. Patients are listened to, patients feel they matter. It is impossible to put a value on the confidence and comfort this knowledge gives. The idea of going to another hospital scares me.

The care has been excellent I the staff have been wonderful no complaints except... Can someone please get the ice making machine restored!! Lots of thanks.

I am unable to find the words to describe the standard of care and kindness I have experienced on Smithers. In over a 2/52 week stay I have received unbelievable care, empathy and professionalism.

Good - consistency. Improved - compress appointment times.
