Clinical care excellent and attentive. Food excellent with good choice.
Pharmacy on the ball.
Perhaps a more freqent check on ward toilets for bin clearance.
Excellent briefing on shift changes.

I cannot fault my care, it was excellent (I have been a nurse for 27 years). My nurse Maureen in smithens was so genuinely interested and competent and caring, the recovery nurses and oda's were great it was so refreshening to have a lovely surgeon who explained everything calmly. All staf were kind and curteous. Thanks!

Being admitted on a Friday afternoon meant I felt a lack of continuity of care from Drs. though this improved during Mon - Fri hours. Nursing staff all very commendable.

The nursing staff were wonderful. Very caring and personable; always approachable I would improve response time to the bell; there seems no way to have immediate help if problem urgent. Maybe an area where the inpatients can go and chat.
