Staff fantastic, friendly and approachable. However , am only on this ward due to 2 bed caucellations in smithers ward. I waited 3 days for a bed.

An excellent first day. I have received first class care from 9.00 onwards & throughout the day. I am totally reassured by the professional way in which my treatment has started. I should add by Rex Cortez. Thank you.

Most of the staff are really lovely. If you need anything then you just ring the bell and someone is there pretty much straight away. The only thing I would complain about is the lady that cleans the rooms is normally not very pleasant at all, saying that she was a bit better today, but it would be a lot nicer if she smiled once in a while!

I cannot fault the level of care I received whilst an in-patient on smithers ward. The staff are friendly, professional, courteous & helpful. Their attitude was that nothing was too much trouble + despite working long hours on the very busy ward the remain.
